Jon Cooper is the Director of Property Distribution at Aldermore Bank and has 37 years’ financial services experience, spending most of his career with NatWest Group. He has extensive experience as a multi-channel sales and distribution leader, having been responsible for mortgages, telephony and branch banking at NatWest, and more recently at the Co-operative Bank in SME and commercial banking. Mr Cooper joined Aldermore in December 2018 as Head of Sales and Distribution for Retail Mortgages, focusing on broker relationships and due diligence as well as leading the direct mortgage advice channel. In March 2020, Jon was promoted to Director of Property Distribution with his remit extending to include in-life customer management.
