Over a 12 year career to date, Sam began at a local Cardiff brokerage before joining a Clifton based firm, where he progressed from a Finance Broker to Head of Bridging in the space of 7 years. He left as an associate director of the firm. Sam pioneered the industry’s first bridging finance graduate scheme and brought over a dozen university leavers into the bridging finance brokering space. He now works as a Bridging Finance Consultant under his brand “The Bridging Finance Consultancy” with KIS Finance.
